Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact. Opened or used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at gildedbeauty@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at gildedbeauty@outlook.com.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, opened personal care/beauty products, and custom orders are final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at gildedbeauty@outlook.com with photos so we can make it right.
EU & UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, contact us at gildedbeauty@outlook.com. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
